Ashley began practicing yoga in 2009 while living in Colorado. At that time, it was the exploration of the body’s physical limitations, that drew her in. Four years later she found herself engaging in a 200-hour yoga teacher training, hoping to physically “perfect” the postures. That didn’t happen - and not for lack of effort but rather because, as she quickly learned, that is not the purpose of yoga! She then fell in love with yoga’s ability to transform so much more than just the body.
Ashley has since completed various yoga and fitness trainings and holds certifications as a spin instructor, personal trainer, Yoga Sculpt certified instructor and 500-hr RYT.
