I'm Not Flexible
Can I do Yoga?
Yes! You are a perfect candidate for yoga.
Many people think that they need to be flexible to begin yoga.
Come as you are and you will find that yoga practice will help you become more flexible.
This newfound agility will be balanced by strength, coordination, and enhanced cardiovascular health, as well as a sense of physical confidence and overall well-being.

What time should I arrive before my first class?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class to check in, set up your mat, and get to know your instructor.
This will also give you a chance to enjoy our beautiful studio and connect with other yogis.

What should I bring?
We have everything you need! A yoga mat and mat towel are complimentary on your first visit.

What if I'm running
late to class?
Out of respect for our community, we suggest that attendees arrive at least 10min prior to class to leave time for parking.
We want to honor our students and teachers practice, so we won't allow students to enter class after the class has begun.
If you foresee that your arrival will be beyond this point please call or email us to get you scheduled for the next class.

Where can I park?
There is plenty of parking in the downtown area. If you are unable to find street parking, you can find parking in the surrounded parking decks. Please know that walking distance is approx. 3min.
You must pay for parking between 9am-9pm Mon-Fri but it is free on the weekends.

What are your COVID-19 Risk Mitigations?
The world is grappling with an issue of enormous scale and human impact, and our hearts go out to all who have been affected by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19).
We are closely monitoring all developments related to the coronavirus and are prepared to adjust our operations and procedures as needed to ensure the health and well-being of our customers and employees.
As of now masks are not required in the studio, but we ask that you respect everyones personal decision to wear one or not.
