My first yoga practice started when I was a young child living in Thailand and has
continued throughout my adult life. My yoga training over the years includes many
styles of yoga such as Hatha, Anusara, Yin-Yang, Iyengar, Meditation, Ashtanga,
Sadhana and Capoeira movements. While I do enjoy teaching these varied styles of
Yoga, my personal practice focuses mainly around Ashtanga Yoga.
I always look to continue expanding my practice and knowledge, learning from both
masters and my students. I find profound joy in sharing this great passion of mine with
others. My classes are energetic, fun, and creative with an emphasis on strength. Join
