My Story
My name is Sarah Wright. I have been practicing yoga for 4 years now and have taught yoga for almost one year. Vinyasa is my favorite style of yoga. I always feel so much strength and love for my body and the world around me when I practice yoga. My goal is to help my students feel the same empowerment and love as we move and practice mindfulness together. I also live with my husband and two bunny rabbits. When I am not on the mat, I enjoy running and reading. I am excited to expand my yoga family within the community and with you at Rose Nation Yoga.
